1. All the payments are non-refundable. Once you bought, there is no way you can get the refund against the payment.

2. Tickets are valid only for 3 days. So you must enter the fair using ticket within 72 hours you've bought.

3. If you try to make payment less than you've billed, it will fail sure and the payment you made will not be refunded.

4. The authority has the power to change, cancel or deny the payment any time.
